01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and miow44 ("Platform", "we", or "miow44") regarding the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by miow44.

Each user is permitted to register one account only at miow44. Owning multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying miow44 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for all members before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID and proof of current address. KYC is typically completed within 24 business hours.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Miow44 operates an active monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities.

08 Restrictions & Account Closure

Miow44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any verified illegal activity.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, miow44 reserves the right to hold the existing account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the account is closed at the user's own request with no violations, any valid balance will be returned once all conditions are met.

09 Liability Limits

Miow44 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.
